New case
ℹ️ How these modes work
Full automation (policy verification): the customer gets a WhatsApp link, joins a video call whenever free, and an AI voice agent does the whole verification: tells the customer it is an AI-assisted call, confirms details, takes a face photo and eye-blink check, a full-body photo standing and sitting (each with date, time and lat/long), reads Aadhaar/PAN sent on WhatsApp and asks the verification questions. Term policies get extra questions (sum assured, other policies, family history, medical tests…). The customer can tap "Talk to a person" anytime.
Full automation (motor claim): the AI voice agent confirms the claim and vehicle details, takes a face photo and eye-blink check, reads Aadhaar/PAN sent on WhatsApp, asks about the loss, police/FIR and witnesses, and asks the customer to search their WhatsApp (accident, theft, police, vehicle number) and send screenshots. Use πŸ“Ή Live video call in the case to see the vehicle yourself.
If policy/claim value is above β‚Ή10,00,000, self-verification is disabled for that case β€” only a live executive call is allowed.

Each vendor connects their own WhatsApp Business API credentials from their own Meta Developer App. Your recipients will see messages from your business number, not a shared one.

πŸ–₯️ Screen-share check
1. Call the customer
Start the screen recording on your laptop first (OBS: MP4, 720p), then place the video call. Ask the customer to tap Share screen.
ℹ️ Step by step (WhatsApp video call with screen share)
  1. Laptop: open WhatsApp Desktop (your own number) and OBS. In OBS add "Display Capture" and set Settings β†’ Output β†’ Recording Format = mp4.
  2. Press Start Recording in OBS, then video-call the customer on WhatsApp.
  3. Say the consent line below and wait for a clear "yes".
  4. Tell the customer: tap the screen-share icon (the phone/arrow icon at the bottom of the call) and then Start now.
  5. Ask them to open each item below one by one; mark Shown / Refused here.
  6. End the call, press Stop Recording in OBS, and upload the file in step 4.
On Android and iPhone the WhatsApp app itself can share the screen. A phone browser cannot, so do not send the customer a web link for this.
2. Say this on the call (it is recorded)
3. Ask the customer to show
4. Stop the recording and upload it
Upload a call recording

For a WhatsApp video call where the customer shared their screen. Record it on your laptop with WhatsApp Desktop + OBS (Recording Format: MP4, 720p), then upload it here. It is saved to the case and linked in the report.
